I am an independent gaffer based out of the Northwest Arkansas Region. I graduated from John Brown University's Digital Cinema program in 2017, and have been working on films, commercials, music videos, etc. since then.
Originally, I had my heart set on being a cinematographer, but after several years of learning under very skilled DP's and gaffers, I decided that I enjoyed gaffing even more. While I do still DP smaller scale projects, I tend to focus my efforts more on the lighting side for bigger productions. I began purchasing gear several years ago as a natural progression to my career growth. I found myself wanting to light certain ways and accomplish specific looks, and that led me to, slowly but surely, investing in my own equipment.
The main goal for my business is to give the Northwest Arkansas region a solid option for grip and lighting equipment, specifically, to where people don't need to travel to Little Rock or Oklahoma to rent lights, stands, and other commonly needed items. If you are in need of grip or lighting gear, or if you need a gaffer to light your project, I am happy to be a resource! You can rent specific items, or rent my entire sprinter package with me as the operator. I try to cover as many bases as possible with the gear I have and how it is arranged.
